Question: Will you take bids on products offered?

Answer: Although our webpage prices are relatively firm, you are welcome to make an offer on any item.  Your offer may have a better chance if you are purchasing several items.  Please don't be insulted if we don't accept an offer on a item listed with a price, but we will respond to all offers.


Question: Is there a guarantee on your products?

Answer: Most items are sold as-is. A warranty on some items can be negotiated during the sale. Any warranty may be serviced by a third party company.


Question: What is the condition of items you offer?

Answer: All items (unless specifically noted) are rated with the SEC/N rating system. In addition, we show pictures and give descriptions of most items. If the item that interests you does not have a picture posted, give us a call and we will give it a priority.


Question: You don't have what I want - will you look for it?

Answer: Yes! We do look continually for items our customers have requested.  Send us an email () and we will contact you as soon as we locate what you need.  There is NO OBLIGATION to ask us to look for an item.


Question: Why do you require a purchase order before accepting an order?

Answer: An item is sold to the first customer to actually place a purchase order for the item.  Unless other terms have been previously arranged a purchase order must be accompanied by payment in full.


Question: I have a PO waiting to be signed off, can you put an item on hold?

Answer: Yes. Send us a non-binding letter of intent and we will hold the item for you.  You have the first right of refusal for 30 days. If we receive a paid purchase order from another customer within the hold period, we'll contact you - at that time you must finalize the purchase order if you intend to purchase the item.


Question: I have equipment to sell? Will you sell my surplus equipment?

Answer: Yes.  If you have equipment sitting idle, we will broker it.


Question: How do I pay for an order?

Answer: All major credit cards, company checks, or wire transfer (recommended for international orders).  We may require account verification on company checks.


Question: How do you ship?

Answer: This depends on your location and on your preferences.

Domestic Shipment (Contiguous 48 US states): We first determine the size/weight of the required packaging for the item, then we will typically request quotes from three shipping companies. You as the customer can then select the company you'd like to use. If you have no preference, we'll select the lowest cost shipper. We only use shipping companies that are qualified, AND have demonstrated the ability to handle high-value delicate shipments. However, if you already have a preferred shipper let us know and we will use them.  The shipment will be sent collect unless otherwise agreed.
